Problem/Opportunity
Whether this one represents a problem or an opportunity is anyone's guess.

Idea Description
Unlike pubwan house trailers, these would not be oversize loads, so they would be more mobile. Like their double wide cousins, though, they'd be wired for pubwan. Like semi trailers used for commercial shipping of goods, they'd be stocked with goods. Unlike those trailers, information about goods in these trailers would be public knowledge. Maybe also information about their whereabouts at any given time. This presents obvious security difficulties for which no solution is obvious to me. But anyway, just as there would be pubwan trailer parks, there would be pubwan truck stops. These would be open to the public, and would be wired to the gills. With any luck, these truck stops would earn a reputation as centers of much opportunity for all.
